If so, you need

Using our effective HIIT & STRONG exercise methods, you’ll be guided through our 12-week programme with an IVERIDGE trainer.

This involves 2 x 45-min. Small Group Exercise sessions (3-6 people) every week at set times. There are over 25 weekly timeslots.

You also need to get 2 more HIIT/STRONG workouts in each week by yourself so full access to the club & classes for 3 months is included.

We promise you plenty of support & motivation over 12-weeks.

FACT: Gyms give you a membership card, an induction and good luck getting where you want to be!

FACT: Most people join a gym with hope that they will get results but after 3 or 4 weeks, they fail because they don’t see any results or feel any benefit!

This is a 12-week journey to a healthier, more energetic version of yourself. You’ll be personally taken in and coached for 12-weeks to get fitter, stronger, healthier and you’ll feel better, look better, move better and have more confidence in just 12-weeks.

Weight Loss

YOU WILL lose between 4-6lbs of fat a month. (BMI 25+)

Inch Loss

Most people lose 8-12 inches from their 3 measured sites combined during the plan. This happens after just 4-6 weeks.

Heart Health

Your resting pulse will also drop by 8 beats per minute at rest after just a few sessions. That’s 11,520 beats less per day!

Measuring & Assessing

We measure this on week 1, again on week 6 and on your final week of your 12-week plan
There are various ways that we measure and track your results.

You’ll be accountable!

This is everything when it comes to achieving results. You will be accountable 5 ways with us!
We can’t tell you this bit though just yet.
This will all be explained once you are on board the programme.

Earn your T-SHIRT

On top of your results, we will award you with a certificate of achievement and unique IVERIDGE RESULTS T-SHIRT. This doesn’t come easy though. You have to earn it.

Only our willing players will earn their shirt with 24 workouts with their trainer and 22 out of 24 themselves. (your allowed to miss 2) Get 50 workouts in 12-weeks to earn yourself WARRIOR STATUS!

Once we approve you, you’re in.


We can take successful applicants upto 21-days into the course. Once week 3 has passed, then the course is closed until the next one. Payments will be £30 per week on direct debit for the remaining time frame if you miss the start.
So long as you stick to the protocol of at least 2 HIIT and 2 STRENGTH weekly workouts.
We all have to relax as well. We can send you the links for our online training platform on YouTube to ensure you can work out anywhere any time. Just because your on holiday doesn’t mean you can’t train. If you miss a session that week, we can try get you in an extra one the following week.
Then we can’t guarantee that you will get the results. The program only works if you achieve a minimum of four weekly workouts in the club or at home.
Ideally yes. That way, you can be coached by the same trainer each week and make even better progress towards achieving your results. If you need to switch to a different group now and again we can try and do that for you. Talk to your trainer.
No just 3-6 each group.
Anything that you feel comfortable in. Ideally a pair of trainers that can be used for crosstraining and loose clothing
Yes. Simply book online for the timeslot nearest to your coaching appointment up to 14 days in advance. By booking these two appointments you are giving yourself more accountability each week and your trainer knows you are attending.
do your best to let us know and we will try to fit you in at a different time if we have room.
Ideally try to come changed. Only use the changing rooms if really necessary.
We won’t have to as we are COVID friendly but if we should ever have to, we will freeze your payments and reinstate when we reopen. This is highly unlikely.
The dietary plan is explained in the welcome pack. You can also have all your health food cooked and delivered weekly.
