NEW CLASS – Hatha Yoga

Our new Hatha Yoga class with Peter.

Each class consists of postures to help develop suppleness, strength and stamina. Breathing and relaxation exercises are also practised to relieve stress in this powerful form of YOGA.

Options and modifications can be given to students with postural issues and biomechanical dysfunction.

Sessions run every Thursday at 930am-1030am with Peter.
