New Class – Tai Chi & Meditation 

Tai Chi is the most participated exercise in the world and is also known as ‘Meditation in motion’

Tai Chi develops fluidity and overall balance in every muscle and joint.

Meditation enables us to focus and relax thus is a perfect way to promote health and wellbeing of physical and emotional health.
This session will be popular so booking is advised. Sessions run every Thursday at 1030am-1130am with Peter.
