I started out as a Professional Dancer and have been dancing since I can remember.
I did a U.K Tour and Toured in India as part of my experience. From my knowledge as a dancer I came into the fitness Industry and gained my qualifications in level 2 and 3 Personal Training.
I developed my skills by doing nutrition and Exercise to music which allows me to also teach in a class environment. I always want to strive for more knowledge and experiences and like to do a wide range of different things.
In 2013 I started up my own business as a Freelance Personal trainer and Group EX Instructor.
I teach a wide range of classes from Dance Aerobics, Spin, Body Pump and Pilates.
In Personal Training I specialise in posture, core stability and flexibility and lets not forget nutrition and weight management. I can also adapt my programs to suit clients needs, as well as forming great relationships with them by building there confidence. I like to make my session fun and energetic to keep my clients motivated to reach their goals.
