Hi! I’m Richard and I’ve been coaching people since 1998 (showing my age!) I specialise in helping people find the right balance of behavioural change to help ensure longevity in their lifestyle changes. Basically, we take it at a pace to suit you and gently guide you in the right direction to get the most from your exercise and healthy eating plan. I can work around most health problems and can tailor programmes to suit all levels and abilities.
80% of my work is dealing with people wanting weight loss and a huge component of this is being able to form great rapport, which in turn helps to make the sessions fun and enjoyable. I have worked with elite athletes as well as total beginners and, after recently qualifying in high performance coaching, I can really deliver you real results through 1:1 coaching whatever your goals.
